Terms of Service

1. Who we are

CrawlCheck (“CrawlCheck”, “we”, “us”) is an independent software business operating crawlcheck.dev and api.crawlcheck.dev (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, the free tools, and the paid Pro Deep Report service (the “Service”).

2. The service

CrawlCheck offers free, browser-based Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tools — a robots.txt auditor, a policy generator, structured-data generators, an AI crawler directory, and a free single-page visibility scanner — plus a paid product, the Pro Deep Report: an automated, site-wide audit of your website's AI visibility, delivered as a private web report.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Depending on the checkout option presented at the time of purchase, orders may instead be processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders and likewise provides customer service and handles returns. In both cases, the price you pay includes applicable VAT, GST or sales tax, and your card statement will show the Merchant of Record as the seller of record.

4. Purchases, delivery and license

• One purchase entitles you to one Pro Deep Report for one website, normally ready within minutes of ordering.
• Your report lives at a private, unguessable URL that you may view and share with your team or agency.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or republish the report as your own product.
• Free tools are provided for lawful personal or business use. You may scan only websites you own or are authorized to analyze.

5. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for how to request one. Refunds are issued by the Merchant of Record that processed your payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service: no automated request flooding, no attempts to scan or disrupt sites you do not control, no reverse-engineering of the report engine, and no unlawful use. We may rate-limit or block usage that threatens the Service's stability.

7. No guarantee of results

The Pro Deep Report is an automated, informational analysis of technical signals (robots.txt rules, live crawler fetches, page statuses, structured data). It does not guarantee any level of AI-generated traffic, citations, or search performance. Decisions you make based on a report are your own.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrawlCheck's total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be reflected on this page before they apply to new purchases.
